114 countries decide to work together to eliminate Tuberculosis by 2030

Tuberculosis is very dangerous and contagious disease which can kill people if it is untreated. So in order to get rid of this deadly disease 114 countries all over the world have decided to work together against TB so that they could achieve their target of eliminating TB by 2030. They said about this participation against TB during WHO ministerial conference held in Moscow.

Actually the result of treatment since the year 2000 is very positive and so it induced them to make target to eliminate TB by 2030. The result reveals that the treatment could successfully save the life of 53 million people and influenced the rate of mortality which went down by 37 percent. It is known as one of the deadly and contagious diseases, which killed many people even after control its spread. 

Some preventive tips that can help people keep away from Tuberculosis:

  1. You must take vaccination on time which was actually not available before
  2. People should go through medical test time to time to know whether they are infected with TB. But generally no one cares it unless he or she becomes sick.
  3. I have seen two TB patients who were suggested to eat rich food like mutton and oily foods which helped them heal this deadly disease. So to avoid this fatal disease, one should take healthy diet. The people who work hard, they should always eat healthy and balance diet; otherwise the risk of TB increases for them.
  4. Cleanliness and fresh air is also very important for people. So they should always go for morning walk which helps you get fresh oxygen.
  5. Last but not the least. As Tuberculosis can spread from one to another, people must keep themselves away from the patient suffering with TB.
