This coconut tree is grown in front of my home. There is a vacant plot in which several trees are grown and coconut tree is one of them. Some of trees have been fallen due to 'AMPHAN', a severe cyclonic storm that hit on 20th May.
Coconut is not only a tasty fruit, but also carries several health benefits. It is loaded with high amount of nutrition that mostly includes fat. Other than that, it also provides protein, vitamins, minerals, copper and Iron.
