A new test discovered by scientists will take only 30 minutes to find out antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Scientists are looking at this progress as a new hope to fix these superbugs.
Due to mishandling of antibiotic many bacteria has been resistant and developed as superbugs and are harassing the patients and doctors. Scientists at California Institute of Technology in the US invented this test.
In many cases it has been seen that doctors generally prescribe methicillin or amoxicillin which is first-line antibiotics. But there are higher chances for bacteria to be resistant to these types of antibiotics and if such happens doctors have to suggest stronger antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin which is second-line antibiotics and stronger than first.
