The installation of pipes for draining waste water is going on under the surface in our area. It is necessary to hide the open drain system which helps to born mosquitoes, causing dengu and malaria. It involves a systematic process carried out by workers and construction teams. Engineers and urban planners work together to design a comprehensive drainage system before they start the installation process.

First They excavate the road where the pipe installation is required. Workers use heavy machinery such as excavators and backhoes to dig trenches along the designated path of the drainage system. The trenches are typically deeper than the pipe diameter to allow for proper installation and backfilling.

Once the trenches are prepared, workers carefully place the big concrete pipes in the excavated area. The pipes are joined together using specialized fittings and couplings to ensure a secure and watertight connection.

To ensure proper flow, the pipes are installed with a slight slope or grade. This allows gravity to assist in moving wastewater from higher elevations to lower points or towards treatment facilities. Workers use surveying tools and techniques to ensure the pipes are correctly aligned and angled for efficient drainage.

After the pipes are securely in place, workers refill the excavated trenches with carefully selected backfill material, which is often a combination of soil, gravel, and sand. The backfill material is compacted in layers to provide stability and support to the pipes, preventing any potential damage or movement. Once the installation is complete, the system undergoes thorough inspection and testing to identify any leaks, blockages, or structural issues.

After the drainage system passes the inspection and testing phase, workers proceed with restoring the road surface. This involves re-paving the excavated area, ensuring a smooth and safe driving surface for vehicles.
