Three astronauts named Randy Bresnik of NASA, Sergey Ryazanskiy of Roscosmos, and Paolo Nespoli of European Space Agency (ESA) returned back to earth from space station on Thurseday. They lived approximately five months there.

Bresnik conducted three spacewalks with his fellow crew members during five months aboard ISS. These spacewalks had to be done to complete some tasks residing outside the space station. NASA astronauts Mark Vande Hei and Joe Acaba also participated to complete the tasks with Bresnik who was the leader of these spacewalks. They changed one of two latching end effectors of Canadarm2, the robotic arm of the space station, including two cameras and lubricated replaced effectors.

During one spacewalk in August, Ryazanskiy assembled some research samples, completed some tasks relating to ISS structure and installed many nanosatellites in space. Cosmonaut Fyodor Yuchikhin also participated in this task with Ryazanskiy.

There are three crew members on the space station who will continue the operation and the next three new members will be sent on December.
