However I haven’t yet visited Venice, Italy, I don’t have any words to describe its beauty. It is said that there is no other city that looks like Venice. There are several things to explore like San Marco, St. Mark’s Square, wonderful palaces, bridges, canals etc. St Mark’s square is known as one of the world’s great squares surrounded by several jewels that are exceptional such as St Mark’s Basilica, St Mark’s Campanile and Doge’s Palace.
Various popular palaces, once wealthy businessmen used to live there, have been converted into museums and galleries and opened for visitors. Venice is also famous for wonderful bridges like the famous Bridge of Sighs, which makes the connection between the Doge’s Palace and the historic prison. The Accademia Bridge is another one that connects the San Marco district to the Accademia Gallery which helps you have excellent views of several wonderful canals.
To wander in Venice, you need to have a map. Otherwise you may forget the way to your hotel. However if you are so confident, no need to have a map. Just enjoy the beauty of wonderful city Venice.
