This is my first post in Wednesday Walk community. I have tried to post in this community several times before, but I couldn't. Fortunately, today I was in Park Street, a popular place in the city of Kolkata. There is a famous hotel called Park Hotel in Park Street. If you enlarge the first image in another tab of your browser, you will see the name written as "THE PARK".
There is also a long flyover in the Park Street that you can see in the second image. Kolkata is a big and populous city. And so the huge number of vehicles run on the road everyday. In order to avoid traffic, the State government has built several flyovers in the city.
I took this photograph when vehicles were stopped at traffic signal.
This is a big market set up on the pavement and in front of Indian Museum.
